Our studio
Since 1998, CDM Studios has distinguished itself as New York City’s premiere boutique recording and editing facility — specializing in ADR, voiceover, and audio-post services. CDM Studios was designed to achieve superior sound recording and provide an atmosphere where our clients can be their best creative selves. The studio has five state-of-the-art sound stages centrally located in Midtown Manhattan in the Art Deco Film Center Building. Our largest studios are bathed in natural sunlight, creating an energy-positive ambiance.

Our services
CDM Studios offers a state-of-the-art recording facility with full service post-production capabilities. On any given day, in Studio One, you’ll find us making final adjustments for an ADR session – the video file is loaded, cues are ready to go. We escort the actor from the green room and get her lav’d while we patch in the producers from L.A. In Studio A, a podcast host is recording with her guests using a 4 mic setup and a Zoom connection with video. In Studio B, we’re getting a best-selling author settled in to record her author notes, a cup of her favorite herbal tea with a slice of lemon already waiting in the booth.
